What we offer

Your Sports Education offer an extensive choice of sports-based activities including PE and PPA provision, breakfast-, lunch- and after-school clubs and holiday clubs.

PE Provision:

Your Sports Education will team teach working with and supporting teachers to deliver curricular lessons providing lesson plans to support planning complemented by our assessment without levels guides to help plot pupil progress. We are happy to share our schemes of work or alternatively help to develop currently implemented programmes. Your Sports Education can also raise the profile of PE in your school by organising intra-school festivals and competitions and also help prepare pupils to take part in inter-school events.

Your Sports Education uses level 2 qualified coaches to cover PPA time to deliver curricular attentive sports-specific activities. We specialise in gymnastics, dance, games (multi-skills) and cricket.

Sports Clubs:

Your Sports Education offer a range of sports clubs led by level 2 sport-specific qualified coaches and because we value high quality and keep our coach:child ratio to a minimum there is always an assistant (or two!). Try one of our before- or after-school clubs in gymnastics, cricket, football skills, cheer leading or multi-skills.

Curricular Trampolining:

Your Sports Education has teamed up with Maple Gymnastics in Landford to offer curricular trampoline lessons. This is a unique opportunity for pupils to extend learning exploring the ABC’s of movement in a safe and fun environment.

Holiday Clubs:

Your Sports Education sport-based holiday clubs are a highlight of the school holidays and embraced by the whole team who embrace our ‘say yes to sport’ motto. Coaches fully engage enthusing children to be physically active in a fun and sports-play orientated environment. This is great opportunity for children to have-a-go at a variety of traditional and new sports. We also offer a quiet area where children can explore creative activities from our crafts box, play games, colour pictures or challenge themselves to themed tasks.

To complement our sports day we also offer a breakfast club where children can join our coaches for toast and juice before activities or stay into extended hours care to snuggle in and watch a film or continue creating crafts.

Breakfast Club:

Your Sports Education offers schools a breakfast club facility at the beginning of the day. We deliver an early-to-school drop off service which includes breakfast, indoor games and outdoor activities for children.

Top Tip: Children that have P.E. in the morning are proven to work better in the afternoons.

Healthy and Active Workshops:

Recognising the rising obesity problem, nearly one third of children aged 2-15 are overweight or obese (Childhood Obesity: A Plan For Action 2017) caused by a duel problem of eating the wrong food and doing too little activity. Your Sports Education delivers Healthy and Active workshops educating our children to make the right food choices and to understand how exercise benefits our body. The popular workshop includes completing a healthy eating booklet, discussion and games, planting seeds and taking part in activities that build a strong heart and healthy bones and muscles.
